Job #1. SEO Team Leader

PDB UK Ltd is seeking an experienced SEO Team Leader. As a SEO Team Leader your focus will be on developing and improving the current SEO and link building strategy in order to generate sales and drive the business forwards.

In this role, you will be tasked with remotely managing teams of SEO executives from our client's London office. In addition to reporting and giving feedback on their performance you will be responsible for strategy planning and management.


Your other duties will include; -Researching competitors and link analysis
-Creating and managing online communities, forums and blogs relevant to our client's needs
-Building link strategies to promote international websites across the UK, US, Canada and Australia


To be considered for this position, you must have:

- Experience of leading an SEO team
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, HTML and CSS
- Experience of social media, such as blogging, social bookmarking, social networks, and article writing
- Experience of SEC tools and web analytics, such as Google Analytics

Additionally, as the SEO Team Leader you must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word PowerPoint. You should also be capable delivering SEO solutions in a dynamic, fast paced online marketing environment. Strong leadership and excellent people management skills are key.

Whilst not essential, knowledge of web design, including a working knowledge of programmes such as Photoshop or Dreamweaver would be beneficial, as would any web development skills such as ASP .Net or MySQL.

Job #2 Online Content Manager

Due to this strategic growth we are looking to recruit several people into key areas of the business. All of these positions will play a vital role in the business, thus helping us to grow and gain market share.


Based in North West London, the Online Content Manager we seek will ideally have 3+ years experience with a proven track record of successfully writing, editing or delivering online content. This is a newly created Online Marketing Executive position with a great deal of autonomy reporting directly to the UK Director and requires someone with great motivation a journalistic background and the ability to think innovatively.


The purpose of this role is to manage website content, forums & blogs, edit, moderate and write marketing copy.


The main responsibilities for this position are:

• Creating content and managing communities, forums and blogs
• Create copy and regularly update social media pages: Facebook, Twitter etc
• Create interesting and creative articles relating to personal finance
• Managing a team of freelance writers, including:
Recruiting, project managing, setting deadlines and editing their content

The successful candidate will have a Journalistic background with strong research and creative skills. Additionally you will ideally have some knowledge of HTML and SEO. You will be a degree calibre candidate with a very strong work ethic.

Based in North West London, the Email Marketing Professionalwe seek will ideally have 5+ years technical experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering Online marketing campaigns via e-mail and SMS in a dynamic, fast paced online environment. This is a newly created Online Marketing Executive position with a great deal of autonomy reporting directly to the UK Director and requires someone with great motivation a technical/marketing background and the ability to think innovatively.



The main responsibilities and attributes needed for this position are:

• Good knowledge of programming & HTML and how to beat SPAM filters
• Manage all of our E-mail and SMS marketing campaigns including scheduling, tracking deliverability and optimizing on a daily basis.
• Campaign analysis, split testing & measuring performance
• Market Research and Segmentation
• Competitor Analysis
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and email service providers
• Analysing results and changing campaigns accordingly
• Maximising the revenue generated by each campaign
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Online marketing expertise and passion
• Strong organisational skills

The successful candidate will be able to see immediate campaign results so he will be able to track and analyse those results and react quickly to them, so that our E-mail and SMS activity remains as successful as possible. PDBUK requires someone who is very organized as you will be scheduling e-mail activity a few weeks in advance. You will perform various split testing to assess effectiveness. You will keep up to date with email challenges: ensuring deliverability, passing spam filters, and liaising with ESPs to ensure optimal open rates and click-throughs. Ideally you will possess the following technical skills:
- Strong Programming knowledge and experience, ASP.NET, HTML.

The successful candidate will have a programming background with an analytical nature. Additionally you will ideally have a creative side to really drive the success of each email and SMS campaign. You will be a degree calibre candidate with a very strong work ethic.

Based in North West London, the PPC/SEM Analyst we seek will ideally have over 2 years PPC experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering PPC Campaigns in a dynamic, fast paced online marketing environment. This is a newly created PPC Analyst position with a great deal of autonomy reporting directly to the UK MD and requires someone with excellent analytical skills, a strong technical background and the ability to think innovatively.


Key responsibilities of the PPC Analyst will include managing high profile, high budget PPC campaigns. Reporting on the success of PPC campaigns and producing daily reports. You must be very good with numbers and excellent written English. You will take complete control for our PPC strategy, thus proven experience of building a company strategy and ROI experience is essential. You will also take responsibility for our landing pages/homepage�s and will ideally have the ability to perform any minor changes yourself to keep them fully optimised.


Ideally you will possess the following technical skills: - HTML, ASPX/ASP.NET and Google Analytics. Experience of Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and Microsoft Ad Centre is essential. If you are GAP qualified it would be beneficial but not essential.
