ASP.Net Developer (SQL Server)

Are you a talented developer with ASP.NET and SQL Server skills? Looking for a challenging and exciting role within a worldwide company? If so, read on.

As an ASP.NET Developer, you will be responsible for delivering creative solutions within a dynamic, fast-paced online marketing environment.

This is an exciting role offering you the chance to work with a great deal of autonomy and providing you with ample opportunities to think innovatively and creatively.

Your duties will include:

- programming interfaces, building external integrations using API and XML
- integrating with email platforms
- building internal administration platforms and external affiliate systems
- building segmentation tools for marketing
- building customer forms using ASP, jQuery and AJAX
- Involvement in A/B testing landing pages
- building new websites, company infrastructure and efficient databases for customers

To be considered for this position, you must have experience with ASP.NET and SQL Server. Additionally, as an ASP.NET Developer, the ability to provide technical and creative solutions within this competitive marketplace is key.

There is a preference for candidates with MCDBA or MCSE accreditation, but this is by no means essential.

PPC Analyst

As a PPC Analyst for a very successful online marketing company, you’ll be responsible for a huge PPC budget and will gain the opportunity to further expand our PPC reach.

We operate within a niche field in financial services. We celebrate our success as one of the top 3 companies in this niche in the UK; whilst simultaneously striving to constantly improve.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a gifted mathematician and statistician coupled with excellent English skills and extremely high energy levels. The desire to work in a standalone position as well as the ability to provide tangible, effective and creative solutions is essential in our highly competitive market place. The ideal candidate must be passionate and driven by analysing large quantities of numbers and data whilst paying attention to the minute details. Along with this, a head for marketing is a pre-requisite.

A significant part of the role will involve working with Google on a daily basis and interacting with the Marketing Director and our account managers at Google, Yahoo and other search engines. You will also be expected to become an expert in Google Adwords.

Previous experience is advantageous but not required, however qualifications in mathematics and / or statistics is essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing high profile, high budget PPC campaigns, including analysing thousands of Google ads at a pace and making quick decisions about them.
- Writing ads on Google.
- Researching key words and constantly making small changes and improvements to ads.
- Competitor analyses.
- Taking responsibility for landing pages/ homepages and keeping them fully optimised.

Online Marketing Channel Manager

PDBUK is a Global Online Marketing Company at a pivotal point in strategic growth. With a presence in the US, Canada, Australia and with our Head Office here in the UK, we are a Top 3 firm in our field, yet a small and friendly team.

Due to this strategic growth we are looking to recruit several people into key areas of the business. All of these positions will play a vital role in the business, thus helping us to grow and gain market share.

Based in North West London, the Online Marketing Channel Manager we seek will play a pivotal role in managing the online marketing operations of the business.

This position requires a unique person with a solid track record of implementing the day to day online marketing activities of the business across all channels; including:

• Email and SMS marketing
• Affiliate marketing
• PPC
• SEO
• Design and content management support
• Web development
• Offline marketing
• Customer services


The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience of successfully delivering online marketing campaigns across a variety of channels; ideally with a technical focus in either SEO, Web Mastery, Online Design or Content. Experience in managing offline marketing is advantageous but not essential. This position requires someone with superb relationship building skills. A relevant degree, strong work ethic and online marketing management experience is essential for this exciting and challenging role. A technical degree / qualification or background in Web Development, Web Mastery, Online Design or Content will be highly advantageous.

Customer Services Representative

Do you have high energy, ambition, self confidence and hunger to close a sale? Then we need you to help drive the business of a growing, successful online marketing company based in North West London?

You need to have the right combination of excellent communication, sales, customer service, telephony and organisational skills to fulfil this role. You need to share the company’s achievements as your own personal reward as you will be a major contributor to the success of this business. You will also need to take initiative, take the reins and make this role your own.

Your overall responsibility will be to attend to customer services queries and promote the financial services that use our client with the aim of encouraging repeat business.

Your duties will include:

• Managing customer services effectively and empathically both telephonically (incoming and outgoing) and via email, Skype and letter writing
• Turning customer service calls into sales opportunities by soft selling and closing leads
• Assisting with marketing assignments including market research and mystery shopping

The ideal candidates must be passionate and driven by analysing large quantities of numbers and data whilst paying attention to the minute details. Along with this, a head for marketing, ability to take initiative and multitask as well as sound organisational skills are a pre-requisite.

Previous experience is advantageous but not required, however qualifications (ideally postgraduate) in mathematics / statistics / finance is essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Researching and utilizing data sources in order to logically analyse business / operational scenarios
- Analysing and interpreting databases based on knowledge gained of the business
- Competitor analyses
